MENTAL HEALTH

This is a pillar in my personal life.  It affects those I hold dear.  By normalizing conversation of it, I hope we can all help each other make the world a better place.  By sharing different stories, I want to validate the experiences of others so at least one person can feel less alone.

SHOW YOU CARE | BE THERE

This is the cover art of Breaking Ground, an Asian Canadian Mental Health docuseries. The picture has 5 Asian Canadians looking stoic showcasing the characters in the show.

BREAKING GROUND

Breaking Ground, a Take Care docuseries, follows four young Asian Canadians on their journey to positive mental health. They unpack and confront the cultural, language, and generational barriers in their lives as they forge a path for others to follow. In an era where anti-Asian discrimination is a pressing issue, Breaking Ground hopes to facilitate thoughtful conversation about the visibility of being Asian.
